I agree that bisexuality is affirming the segregation of homosexuality and heterosexuality. Supposition of performativity to some extent blows up the way in which non-normative instances such as straight people having same-sex experience and vice versa, drag performances and transgendered subjectivities, eventually find properly satisfying answers.
It's really interesting to get stuck in the essentialist paradox, but thinking with queer theory beyond the binary setting of sexuality is even more superb. Please correct me if I misconstrued.
Unfortonately, most of theories reproduce the inequality of accessibility (tuition, language barrier), and at the same time fail to bring practical benefits to the mundane world. Indeed, it at least redraw the boundary of tolerance within us. Nice talking to thee!
