INTERNATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS: 2005 – Delano made his National Team debut last season…Played in just 16 sets during the year and scored 27 points on 17 kills, five blocks and five service aces…In his first match, a 3-1 loss to the Netherlands on June 3, Delano scored nine points on five kills, three aces and one block…2002 – Delano scored a match-high 21 points as the U.S. Men's Junior National Team defeated Mexico, 25-20, 20-25, 25-20, 25-20, to win the bronze medal at the NORCECA Junior Continental Championship on July 30, 2002, in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada…He blasted a match-high 17 kills with a match-high four blocks and earned a spot on the all-tournament team as the Best Attacker.
COLLEGE HIGHLIGHTS: 2003 – Earned first team American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-America honors as a sophomore…Offensively, he produced 2.74 kills and 0.41 aces per game while hitting .453…Defensively, Thomas contributed 1.40 blocks per game for ninth best in the country…Also named to the All-Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) second team…He helped the Warriors to an MPSF tournament semifinal berth before losing to BYU. 2002 – Was a member of the Hawai’i team that captured the NCAA Men’s Volleyball Championship for the first time…Named a freshman All-American by Volleyball magazine.

美国队除了Hoff年龄比较大整体上还是蛮年轻的有潜力
