亲爱的朋友！
请正确地理解我，我向你们报告，我们在这里不是商店内的种子(译者注：我有点不懂，应该是指不是等待发芽或摆着好看吧)。为损害，宽恕，情绪，困扰，使国家蒙羞..等等，对我们来说这是羞愧，不愉快，甚至令人作呕的表现，具有世界锦标冠军的头衔和穿着绣有俄国国旗的服装!

最近跟一些女孩们会面，很长的对话…我朗读这些给她们：「当在心跳沉重，胸膛寒冷，天色蒙胧，你步行到偏僻住所，没有水和面包，忘记了这世纪…….」女孩们对我拍手鼓掌，我感谢诗人Aleksandr gorodnitskiy这么适当的词。

在这也有一些要给你们：「每个人认为自己是英雄，从战场旁看」。
在你写你的陈述前想想看这吧，我不告诉女孩关于他们，但是我只设法在一切事情上支持他们。

老高今天又更新了，呵呵，她最勤快了！
她说接下来的两场小组赛和四分之一决赛她们都有信心表现得更好。最近训练虽然累，但大家都很努力很专注。还有比赛时出现了俄罗斯拉拉队，甚至有中国观众加入，一起给俄罗斯队有节奏地加油鼓劲，老高说她觉得很有趣也很高兴。
