Well, I don't really agree with what the first few people said.
But anyway, i am not that good so maybe i am wrong. : P
I will set the ball just above the net.
According to my experience, this works quite well.
If I set the ball just above the net consistently, the middle blockers can find the rhythm themselves.

多跟你的副攻沟通沟通，配合需要双方都作出妥协都主动迁就对方，慢慢的配出点东西之后就会越来越顺了。沟通，特别是场下的，因为场上的时间实在太少，场上的一两句对话并不能满足快球这种对配合要求很高的战术的需要，所以一定要场下多唠，充分交流感觉和想法，不厌其烦的试验，那么过一阵子你们就能配好快球了。
时间啦、位置啦、高度啦什么的，都是因人而异，通过充分沟通可以很简单解决的。
